Senior Product Designer

Own complex product problems from discovery through production, turning technical workflows into polished experiences for developers. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify opportunities and shape the product direction.
Responsibilities
- Own complex product problems from discovery through production for RevenueCat's developerâfacing platform
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and shape what is built and why
- Design endâtoâend workflows, including information architecture, states, edge cases, errors, and interactions
- Maintain a high visual craft standard, focusing on hierarchy, typography, spacing, composition, and overall polish
- Conduct direct user research through conversations and leverage qualitative and quantitative evidence to guide design decisions
- Collaborate early and often with crossâfunctional partners, reduce scope intelligently, and stay engaged through implementation and postâlaunch iteration
- Communicate design rationale clearly in a remote, asynchronous setting and take ownership beyond the handoff stage
- Create prototypes, use code snippets, or employ modern AI tools when they accelerate learning or delivery
- Contribute to the design system, shared patterns, and overall design practice through critique and collaboration
- Advocate for customer understanding, product quality, and thoughtful design across the organization
Requirements
- Proven track record solving complex product problems in B2B, SaaS, or developerâtool environments
- Ability to frame ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, and make sound tradeâoffs
- Expertise in designing clear, intuitive workflows, information architecture, states, edge cases, errors, and interactions
- High visual craft with strong hierarchy, typography, spacing, composition, and polish
- Experience using direct customer conversations and qualitative/quantitative data to inform decisions
- Comfort collaborating early with product and engineering partners and staying engaged through implementation
- Clear communication skills for remote, asynchronous environments
- Understanding of technical constraints and ability to use prototypes, code, or modern AI tools to iterate quickly
