UI/UX DESIGNER JÚNIOR/PLENO

Create high-fidelity interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes aligned with user needs and business goals. Collaborate with Product Managers and developers to maintain the Design System and conduct usability tests.
Responsibilities
- Create design artifacts, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high‑fidelity UI aligned with user needs and business goals
- Participate in the design process from discovery to delivery
- Support or lead user interviews, surveys and usability testing, documenting insights
- Maintain and evolve the Design System and component libraries to ensure consistency
- Guarantee design quality and brand consistency across the product ecosystem
- Explore AI tools to aid research, ideation and prototyping
- Collaborate with Product Owners, developers and other designers
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in design and UX
- Strong portfolio showing UX process, wireframes, flows, and UI visual design
- Experience with digital B2B products such as SaaS, technical platforms, ERPs or CRMs
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping/collaboration tools
- Knowledge of typography, grid, color, iconography, spacing, auto‑layout and visual hierarchy
- Familiarity with discovery methods, user testing and usage metrics analysis
- Solid understanding of information architecture and Design Systems
- Completed higher education in Graphic Design, Product Design, Engineering, Architecture or related fields
- Additional UX/UI courses are a plus
