You will design and optimize AI-driven workflows to enhance UX/UI design quality and efficiency while conducting user research and prototyping. Additionally, you will mentor the team on AI methodologies and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement best practices.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, build and continuously improve AIâdriven UX/UI design workflows to boost quality, speed and efficiency
- Plan, conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews and usability tests, leveraging AI tools when appropriate
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for B2B and B2C projects
- Create wireframes, user flows and prototypes based on research insights and user requirements
- Iterate UX/UI concepts, validate and optimise digital products with a focus on usability, conversion and AIâenhanced processes
- Develop, document and refine AI workflows for the entire design team, sharing knowledge across the organisation
- Facilitate workshops on ideation, requirement analysis and concept development
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, sharing best practices on AI tools and emerging methods
- Evaluate new AI tools and methodologies, creating reusable prompts, workflows and bestâpractice guides
- Mentor team members on user research and AIâassisted design methods
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Proven experience designing AIâassisted workflows and using LLM tools
- Fluent German written and spoken
- Strong portfolio demonstrating endâtoâend UX work
- Experience in project management and handling complex projects
- Experience in banking or finance is a plus
- Advanced proficiency with Figma
- Handsâon experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
- Knowledge of AIâassisted coding (e.g., Vibe Coding) and creation of AI tools
- Good frontâend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) and preferably React
- Experience building and evolving design systems
- Understanding of interaction design, information architecture, wireframing and prototyping
- Upâtoâdate with usability and conversion best practices
- Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills
