- Lead a design team of engineers to sustain production lines and provide engineering approval for airframe changes. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to mature projects from concept to production while managing team performance and development.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in engineering with progressive experience ranging from 7 to 12 years. Proven experience in designing aircraft or spacecraft structures and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance are mandatory.
