Product Designer - FLIP

The Product Designer will own the design process from idea to launch, transforming ambiguous problems into simple, usable products. They will collaborate closely with founders, PMs, and engineers to build features for a consumer fintech platform.

Responsibilities

• Take ambiguous problems, understand user and business needs, and craft simple, usable product solutions
• Create and maintain design systems with scalable components, tokens and variables
• Produce wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate closely with founders, product managers and engineers throughout the development process
• Iterate quickly, respond to feedback and ensure high‑quality outcomes
• Communicate design rationale clearly across cross‑functional teams
• Help shape the product vision in a fast‑moving startup environment

Requirements

• Strong UX and product thinking
• Excellent proficiency with Figma and design systems
• Wireframing, prototyping and UI design skills
• Ability to work with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Experience owning research and translating findings into design solutions
• Fast iteration and delivery mindset
• Clear communication and close collaboration with engineering
• Willingness to learn fintech, rewards, payments and AI domains
• Demonstrated end‑to‑end product design experience
