The Graphic Designer will handle print, packaging, and digital marketing design while leading a small team of 2-3 designers. They are responsible for producing high-quality visual content, including video editing and AI-assisted design workflows, while maintaining brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design print collateral and packaging (brochures, labels, boxes, catalogues, standees, etc.) that are print‑ready and production‑accurate
- Perform advanced photo editing, retouching and manipulation for product, campaign and marketing use
- Create digital marketing designs for social media, ads, email campaigns, website banners and other platforms
- Edit and produce short videos, reels and promotional content
- Incorporate AI tools into daily workflow to accelerate ideation, production and enhancement while maintaining quality
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and production teams to understand briefs and deliver on deadlines
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle client or internal feedback and revisions
Requirements
- 3-4 years of relevant graphic design experience
- Minimum 2‑3 years leading or mentoring a design team
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Wondershare Filmora
- Hands‑on experience with AI tools for image generation, enhancement, or content support
- Strong understanding of print production, dielines, CMYK/RGB colour modes and packaging formats
- Excellent typography, layout, colour theory and composition skills
- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Strong portfolio showcasing print, packaging, photo manipulation and digital work
