Develop interdisciplinary design solutions that strengthen brands and enhance communication across print, digital, and social media channels. Integrate GenAI tools into the creative workflow to accelerate visualization and explore new creative possibilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop design solutions with an interdisciplinary team that excite audiences, strengthen brands, and make communication visible
- Create crossâchannel designs from print to digital to social media, bringing highâconcept ideas to life
- Use Generative AI as an intelligent tool to accelerate visualization, enable bolder design, and explore new creative possibilities
- Combine excellent graphic design with strategic thinking to produce visual communication that captivates clients and gains national and international attention
- Integrate GenAI seamlessly into the design workflow
- Collaborate with art direction, copywriting, strategy, and consulting partners in creative sparring sessions
- Maintain high quality standards and take ownership of design outcomes
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a graphic or communication designer, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong portfolio with work for national and potentially international brands
- Excellent sense of design, typography, layout, imagery, and brand stewardship
- Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Basic experience with Figma or similar design tools
- Experience designing across print, digital, and social media channels
- Ability to collaborate with art direction, copywriting, strategy, and consulting teams
- High quality standards, initiative, and enthusiasm for new creative possibilities
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience with Generative AI tools such as Weavy.ai, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Ideogram, Runway, Veo, Sora, Kling AI, or similar
- Preferably experience in motion design, content creation, social media assets, or AIâassisted image production
