The UX/UI Designer will create intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams. They are responsible for conducting user research, developing design systems, and creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine UI components for web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into designs
- Conduct user research, interviews and usability testing
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides and component libraries
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity visual designs
- Ensure designs are feasible within development constraints
- Stay current with design trends, tools and best practices
Requirements
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory and accessibility
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
