- Lead a small engineering team in the design and development of battery module and pack architectures from concept to production. Drive technical decisions across mechanical, electrical, thermal, and safety domains while maintaining hands-on involvement in prototyping and analysis.
Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of experience in battery pack/module design and a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Must possess deep expertise in battery system architecture, advanced CAD skills, and a strong understanding of DFM processes.
