Design and evolve the end-to-end AssessFirst user experience, transforming complex problems into intuitive interfaces. A significant focus is placed on creating AI-native interactions including agents, copilots, and conversational interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design endâtoâend product experiences from discovery to production
- Collaborate daily with Lead Designer, Product Managers, Frontâend Engineers and ML Engineers
- Prototype rapidly and test ideas before scaling them
- Imagine new AIâdriven interactions such as agents, copilots, conversational and voice AI
- Maintain and evolve the design system and ensure visual and motion quality across all media
- Build interactive or functional prototypes and work closely with Frontâend Engineers to ship them
- Conduct continuous user research, testing and usage analysis, measuring postâlaunch effectiveness
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design on digital products
- Experience designing AI agents, copilots, conversational UI or voice AI
- Experience creating or evolving design systems
- Strong product culture and ability to work with loosely defined problems
- Good understanding of web technologies and collaboration with engineering teams
- Advanced mastery of Figma and FigJam, including components, prototyping and design systems
- Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and interest in tools like FigmaMake, Cursor, v0, Lovable or Framer
- Professional proficiency in English
