You will set the design vision and strategy for the DeepBook financial stack while leading the end-to-end experience for various DeFi products. You will also build and mentor a design team while remaining hands-on with critical product flows and complex financial data systems.

- You will set the design vision and strategy for the DeepBook financial stack while leading the end-to-end experience for various DeFi products. You will also build and mentor a design team while remaining hands-on with critical product flows and complex financial data systems.
Requirements
- Candidates must have 10 or more years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in complex, data-dense products. Deep fluency in DeFi, financial markets, and onchain product design is required to effectively navigate technical and regulatory constraints.
