The Product Designer will participate in the design and construction of digital products from discovery to implementation. They are responsible for analyzing user and business needs to create consistent, useful, and simple digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design user‑centric digital experiences aligned with business goals
- Participate in all product design stages from problem definition to implementation and iteration
- Analyze user needs, business requirements and technical constraints to propose solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs
- Design interfaces considering usability, accessibility and visual consistency
- Validate designs through testing and incorporate learnings
- Work with Design Systems, contributing to component libraries
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI or similar
- End‑to‑end design experience for digital products (mobile and web)
- Advanced UX and UI skills for mobile and web applications
- Qualitative user research and user testing experience
- Ability to define user flows, information architecture and interaction design
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with Design Systems
- Agile methodology experience
