The Product Designer manages the end-to-end design process, from problem understanding to solution iteration. They are responsible for creating interfaces, prototypes, and conducting user research to align user needs with product goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive design from problem definition through delivery and iteration
- Structure user flows, journeys and solutions aligned with product goals
- Create clear, consistent interfaces and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Plan and conduct user research, turning findings into actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering and stakeholders to influence product decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer on digital B2B products
- Generalist skill set covering research, UX and UI
- Ability to work with data and AI
- Capability to handle medium‑to‑high complexity problems autonomously
- Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary squads
- Alignment with a culture of responsibility, collaboration, resilience and impact focus
