Generate creative and disruptive digital solutions by interpreting client briefs and aligning with the company's creative direction. Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-level visual interfaces while maintaining consistency through Figma design systems.
Responsibilities
- Generate creative, disruptive solutions based on client briefs and DHNN’s creative direction
- Design user flows, wireframes, interfaces and prototypes for intuitive digital experiences
- Create high‑level visual designs with pixel‑perfect precision, typography, grids and solid layouts
- Implement and maintain designs in Figma using variables, styles, components and tokens
- Contribute to visual concepts and art direction with critical thinking and aesthetic sensitivity
- Leverage AI tools for design and stay updated on UI, visual and technology trends
- Apply storytelling techniques in presentations for internal teams and clients
- Participate in collaborative creative sessions, share ideas and mentor other designers when needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of visual and UI/UX design experience for digital products
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, design systems, prototyping)
- Intermediate/advanced skill with Framer (required)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong online portfolio demonstrating visual and UI work
- Ability to iterate quickly while maintaining aesthetic direction
- Good spoken and written English
- Bonus: knowledge of Webflow, Spline and basic animation
