Product Designer Senior

You will be responsible for the end-to-end product design process within the credit squad, from discovery to handoff. This includes ensuring product coherence across all touchpoints and using data-driven insights to solve complex user problems.

Responsibilities

• Define problems before designing solutions and defend design decisions with Product, Engineering, Risk and Business partners
• Transform data and customer insights (CSAT, research, analytics) into design opportunities linked to business KPIs and revenue
• Read the funnel, formulate hypotheses, design tests and defend results with evidence
• Own end‑to‑end, scalable experiences ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (app, push, support)
• Drive projects from discovery to handoff, validating technical feasibility with engineering and delivering high‑quality handoffs
• Center the customer in the process; nothing is released without customer validation
• Serve as a technical reference, bringing market best practices into the team and raising the design bar

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the full digital product cycle, from discovery to handoff and post‑rollout follow‑up
• Strong discovery and problem‑intelligence skills, able to define the right problem and base decisions on clear reasoning
• High visual craft standards with pixel‑perfect attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment, able to present narratives to peers and C‑level audiences
• Data‑oriented mindset with ability to formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests and track product metrics
• Practical use of AI tools to enhance design processes
• Proficiency with design systems, including consumption, questioning, contribution and evolution
