The Product Designer will conduct discovery activities and user research to identify opportunities and validate product hypotheses. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design intuitive digital experiences and prototypes that align with business and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery activities to understand business needs, product opportunities and user challenges
- Plan and execute user research to generate insights and validate hypotheses
- Map user journeys, design flows and create interfaces following best UX practices
- Develop low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes for testing and validation
- Collaborate with Product, Business and Technology teams throughout the development cycle
- Support product decisions with a user‑centered, data‑driven approach
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of digital user experiences across Nestlé
Requirements
- Experience in Product Design, UX Design or related fields
- Knowledge of Discovery processes, User Research and Design Thinking
- Ability to create journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to influence decisions with data‑driven insights
- Comfort working in multidisciplinary collaborative environments
