Deliver end-to-end design solutions for complex hiring workflows, including research synthesis, interactive prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration. Design human-centered, AI-assisted experiences that ensure trust and clarity for both recruiters and candidates at a high-volume scale.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end‑to‑end design solutions for complex hiring workflows, from research synthesis to interactive prototypes
  • Partner with engineering and product management to execute and ship products using an iterative, customer‑focused design process
  • Incorporate technology stack capabilities and constraints into design solutions
  • Design AI‑assisted high‑volume hiring interfaces that make AI actions legible and trustworthy
  • Determine optimal UX solutions based on customer feedback and business goals
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform feature‑level design decisions
  • Communicate design strategy, outcomes and deliverables through strong storytelling and presentations
  • Present and critique work in cross‑team reviews to improve personal and team output
  • Improve design patterns, standards, methods and processes for the team
  • Leverage and extend established UX techniques, templates and assets while promoting reuse and consistency

Requirements

  • 5+ years of design experience
  • Online portfolio demonstrating design craft and shipped work
  • Proficiency in Figma for high‑fidelity design and interactive prototyping
  • Familiarity with AI‑assisted prototyping or coding tools
  • Experience conducting usability studies and user research
  • Ability to create personas and journey maps
  • Experience leading design projects from concept through execution
  • Proficiency with current accessibility standards
  • Experience designing AI‑assisted product surfaces with confidence signals
  • Experience designing high‑volume transactional workflows
  • Experience designing for users with varied digital literacy
  • Familiarity with design systems and shared component libraries
  • Prior work in HR technology, retail, logistics or similar domains
