The role involves working within digital product squads to manage the end-to-end design process, from discovery and UX flows to high-quality UI delivery. You will also interact directly with stakeholders to present solutions, align expectations, and defend design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Participate in product squads covering discovery, UX flows and UI delivery with quality and consistency
- Interact directly with client stakeholders, present solutions, align expectations and defend design decisions
- Translate business objectives into digital experiences balancing usability, aesthetics and feasibility
- Adapt language and approach when moving between different projects and client contexts
- Create and maintain design documentation, specifications and handoff assets for development teams
Requirements
- Solid experience covering the full UX and UI process for digital products
- Portfolio showing documented case studies with process, decisions and impact
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping/documentation tools
- Strong communication skills with non‑design stakeholders such as PMs and business leaders
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple projects and stakeholders
