Product Designer

You will own the end-to-end design process, from UX architecture to shipped UI, for both advisor and client-facing product experiences. Additionally, you will build and maintain a design system while conducting your own user research to inform product development.
Responsibilities
- Define and design UX architecture and endātoāend flows for advisor and client sides of the product
- Create a scalable design system and component library for engineers
- Conduct user research directly with advisors and clients
- Integrate AI into product features and design processes
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, owning design decisions endātoāend
Requirements
- ~5 years designing complex B2B or B2B2C software
- Experience taking 0ā1 product ideas to shipped V1 without extensive specifications
- Systems thinking and ability to create cohesive patterns across large products
- Strong synthesis skills to translate complex data or regulations into intuitive flows
- Comfort with AIāassisted design workflows
