Senior Product Designer, Foundations
Tremendous Remote (🇺🇸 New York, New York, United States of America)
The Senior Product Designer will lead the craft of the product by managing the design system, navigation, and information architecture. They will also partner with engineers to prototype and ship high-quality UI and motion work across the dashboard and recipient experience.
Responsibilities
- Raise the craft of the dashboard and recipient experience, including navigation, IA, and motion
- Own and evolve the design system with clear documentation and patterns
- Handle small, designer‑less projects from other pods and partner with engineers to ship them
- Use AI to prototype and help engineering implement designs
- Write and own copy within designs
- Set vision for product foundations and ensure consistency with high‑quality standards
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience, especially on B2B products
- Strong visual design, UI, and motion skills
- Proven track record of owning and improving design systems
- Experience with information architecture and setting product vision
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Ability to use AI tools for prototyping
