Create adaptive UI/UX solutions, including designs, layouts, and interactive prototypes based on user and business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design systems and ensure implemented functionality matches approved designs.
Responsibilities
- Create adaptive UI/UX solutions based on user, business, and technical requirements, delivering designs, mock‑ups, and interactive prototypes
- Apply user‑centered design methods and incorporate research findings and feedback to validate design solutions
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system, maintaining components, patterns, and documentation
- Prepare design specifications ready for implementation and support handoff to developers
- Validate implemented features against approved designs, identify discrepancies, usability issues, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with designers, business analysts, product managers, developers, QA, and technical writers; communicate progress, risks, and dependencies
- Present design solutions and rationales to internal stakeholders and iteratively refine based on feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product UI/UX design with a strong portfolio
- Deep practical knowledge of UI, visual, UX and interaction design, including user flows, wireframes, and responsive UI
- Proficiency with Figma, including components, variables, prototyping, and handoff preparation
- Understanding and practical experience with AI tools in the design process
- Experience with advanced prototyping, motion design, or Adobe Creative Cloud tools is a plus
- Knowledge of design systems, WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and Material Design 3
- Ability to apply user‑centered design methods, research, analytics, feedback, and usability testing
- Understanding of product development processes, Agile practices, and basic front‑end constraints
- Fast learning ability, independent work within defined responsibilities, effective teamwork, and clear design communication
- English at Upper‑Intermediate level or higher
