Design digital experiences and prototypes while ensuring consistency and usability across Produbanco's digital platforms. Collaborate with business, technology, and brand units to validate design proposals based on user data and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Design low‑fidelity and high‑fidelity prototypes using the regional design system and cutting‑edge tools
- Test and validate interface proposals with users, using metrics and interface indicators
- Collaborate with business units, technology, and branding teams to base design proposals on joint work and regional design standards
- Ensure scalability and adaptability of designs across channels and devices
- Archive, organize, and document all prototypes throughout the iteration process
- Continuously propose updates to interactions according to new trends and user‑tool changes
- Generate data‑driven design proposals grounded in user behavior and analytics
- Comply with internal safety and health regulations as described in articles 8, 13, 14, and 15
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the financial sector
- Experience with agile methodologies and working in cross‑functional development cells
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Web & Multimedia Design, or related field
- Strong knowledge of graphic and advertising design with an emphasis on UX/UI
- Accountability, execution, organizational agility, customer experience focus, assertive communication, and personal leadership
- Functional English proficiency
