You will lead the design of end-to-end web-based product experiences from discovery through production handoff. You will partner with product managers and engineers to create intuitive, accessible, and visually refined experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead design of endâtoâend webâbased product experiences from discovery through production handoff
- Set craft standards across the team and mentor junior designers
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to solve complex, ambiguous problems
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design decisions
- Create highâfidelity prototypes, interaction designs, and contribute to design systems
- Communicate design rationale to diverse audiences and influence product direction
- Maintain autonomy while elevating the broader design community
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience shipping digital products
- Strong visual design skills: typography, color, spacing, layout, visual storytelling
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing for web platforms and contributing to design systems
- Proven track record leading customer research and usability testing
- Understanding of Design Thinking methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Stakeholder management and influence without direct authority
- Portfolio demonstrating endâtoâend impact and measurable outcomes
- Bonus: experience designing for native mobile, workflowâheavy tools, automotive or fintech domains, conversational AI, and AIâassisted design tools
