The UX Designer will lead the discovery process, conduct user research, and create wireframes and prototypes. They will collaborate with product, development, and stakeholder teams while applying design systems and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and user research activities
- Plan and execute user interviews and surveys
- Create journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with product, development, and stakeholder teams
- Apply and maintain design systems
- Support decision‑making with data and analytics
- Utilize Maze for unmoderated research and testing
- Create maps and conduct analyses using Hotjar
- Work within agile methodologies
Requirements
- Solid UX experience with a strong portfolio of complete case studies
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with UX research, design thinking, and discovery
- Information architecture and design systems expertise
- Usability testing skills
- Excellent communication
- Advanced or fluent Spanish (oral and written) for meetings and presentations
