The Senior UX Researcher will lead end-to-end research activities, including planning, recruitment, facilitation, and synthesis of findings to drive product strategy. They will collaborate closely with Product and UX Design teams to translate customer insights into actionable design recommendations.

Requirements
- Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in UX research or a similar role and hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in various research methodologies, survey tools, and AI-enabled workflows is required.
