The Product Designer will conduct discovery activities and user research to identify business opportunities and user needs. They will also design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery activities to identify business needs, product opportunities, and user challenges
- Plan and execute user research to generate insights and validate hypotheses
- Map user journeys, design flows, and create interfaces following best UX practices
- Develop low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes for testing and validation
- Collaborate closely with Product, Business, and Technology teams throughout the development cycle
- Support product decisions with a user‑centred, data‑driven approach
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital user experiences across Nestlé
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of discovery processes, user research, and Design Thinking
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Ability to create journeys, flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Experience working in multidisciplinary, collaborative environments
