The Senior UX Researcher will plan and conduct end-to-end research, including usability studies and discovery, to drive strategic product decisions. They will collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate user feedback into actionable insights and design recommendations.

Requirements
- Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in UX research or a similar role and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in research methodologies, survey tools, and AI-enabled research workflows is required.
