The Senior UX Researcher will plan and conduct end-to-end research, including usability studies and discovery, to drive strategic product decisions. They will collaborate with Product and UX Design teams to translate qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights.

Requirements
- Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in UX research or a similar customer-focused role and hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong proficiency in research methodologies, survey tools, and the ability to communicate strategic insights to stakeholders are required.
