UX Designer II , Talent Solutions

You will deliver end-to-end design solutions for high-volume hiring workflows, partnering with engineering and product management to create human-centered experiences. Your role involves designing AI-assisted surfaces that ensure trust and clarity for both recruiters and candidates at scale.
Responsibilities
- Deliver endâtoâend design solutions for complex hiring workflows, from research synthesis to interactive prototypes
- Partner with engineering and product management to incorporate technical constraints and capabilities
- Design AIâassisted hiring surfaces that clearly communicate system confidence and decisions
- Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, highâfidelity prototypes, and CX specifications
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
- Present design concepts and rationale to crossâfunctional teams and incorporate feedback
- Improve design patterns, standards, and processes within the team
- Contribute to and extend shared design system components
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design across hiring experiences
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma for highâfidelity design and interactive prototyping
- Experience with AIâassisted prototyping or coding tools
- Experience gathering user data, conducting usability studies, and creating personas/journeys
- Experience leading design projects from concept through execution
- Knowledge of current accessibility standards
- Experience designing AIâassisted product surfaces with confidence signals
- Experience designing highâvolume transactional workflows with robust error handling
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to communicate design strategy and outcomes to stakeholders
