The Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design process for new digital products, from initial discovery and user research to final implementation. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create useful, simple, and consistent digital experiences while aligning solutions with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design user‑centered digital experiences aligned with business objectives
- Participate in all product design stages from discovery to implementation
- Analyze user, business, and technical requirements to propose solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs
- Design interfaces with focus on usability, accessibility, and visual consistency
- Conduct validations and usability testing, iterating based on feedback
- Utilize and contribute to Design Systems, updating components and patterns
- Communicate design decisions and rationales to stakeholders
- Identify and recommend opportunities for design improvement
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI or similar
- Experience designing mobile and web applications from concept to launch
- Advanced UX/UI skills for mobile and web
- Qualitative user research and user testing experience
- Experience applying research methodologies for digital products
- Ability to define user flows, information architecture, and interaction design
- Business analysis and translation of needs into product solutions
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Stakeholder communication and management
- Experience with Design Systems
- Agile methodology experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design process
