Senior Staff UX Designer – GTM Platforms (Remote)

The Senior Staff UX Designer will own the end-to-end design of core GTM experiences, creating intuitive and scalable solutions for complex enterprise workflows. They will lead cross-functional initiatives, influence experience strategy, and ensure design alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Requirements
- Candidates must have 7+ years of UX or product design experience, specifically with complex enterprise or operational workflows. Proficiency in Figma, strong systems thinking, and a proven track record of influencing product direction through design and cross-functional collaboration are required.
