Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead design efforts for both client-facing applications and internal operational tools. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research, define information architecture, and execute high-quality UI designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for client‑facing features and staff workflow tools
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional partners
- Conduct user interviews, map workflows, and define information architecture
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
- Support design QA and ensure high‑quality execution
- Contribute to and maintain the design system
- Provide feedback and elevate UX practices across the team
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of product/UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio with consumer‑facing and enterprise work
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Systems thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with responsive design; mobile experience a plus
Benefits
- Base salary $140,000‑$150,000
