Sr. Innovation & Design Engineer, Worldwide Design Engineering

You will invent, design, and implement engineering solutions for complex material flow and efficiency problems across the global supply chain. Additionally, you will lead design and innovation efforts for the transportation network while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Invent, design, and implement solutions for material flow, human/machine efficiency, and transportation network optimization
- Lead design and innovation efforts including equipment specification, site layout, and process design
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver costâeffective solutions rapidly
- Manage multiple projects while influencing and negotiating with stakeholders and contractors
- Provide technical leadership for largeâscale engineering projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of design & innovation, R&D experience
- Experience managing engineering design projects
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
- Strong technical problemâsolving and project management skills
- Leadership of largeâscale engineering initiatives
