UX Researcher

The UX Researcher will plan, execute, and analyze research sprints to validate design decisions and reduce delivery risk for the CIRCIA program. They will collaborate with product managers and designers to translate research findings into actionable insights and human-centered design artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Define research goals and select appropriate methods (usability testing, interviews, surveys, card sorting, tree testing)
- Develop research plans and facilitation guides
- Conduct participant outreach, scheduling, note‑taking, and documentation
- Analyze findings and translate them into clear insights and recommendations
- Create human‑centered artifacts such as journey maps, service blueprints, and personas
- Present findings to cross‑functional and executive audiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Design Research or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of UX research experience, including moderated and unmoderated studies
- Strong ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with research operations best practices (recruiting, scheduling, consent, documentation)
