Senior UX / Digital Product Designer (Mensch)

You will lead the end-to-end digital product development process, from initial problem definition and discovery to final delivery. This involves structuring complex problems, facilitating workshops, and ensuring high-quality UX and UI design while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the full UX and product design process from discovery to delivery
- Structure ambiguous problem spaces (problem framing, scope, hypotheses)
- Develop robust UX concepts for complex digital products
- Create information architectures, user journeys and endâtoâend flows
- Translate requirements into testable UX specifications
- Plan and conduct qualitative research (interviews, tests, workshops)
- Synthesize insights and derive actionable recommendations
- Design highâquality UI and design systems
- Facilitate workshops for project initiation, vision definition and prioritisation
- Advocate for UX and design decisions with stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with development teams during implementation
- Independently structure complex project phases and maintain ownership
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience
- Several years of agency work with multiple simultaneous projects and changing clients
- Proven expertise in strategic UX concept development and endâtoâend product delivery
- Strong background in user research (qualitative and quantitative) and dataâdriven hypothesis testing
- High visual quality standards (layout, typography, design systems)
- Strategic understanding of digital strategy and service design
- Fluent German (B2 minimum, ideally C1) and ability to moderate workshops
- Proficiency with Figma and design system creation
- Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and basic technical knowledge of APIs and frontend architecture
- Interest in AI tools and AIâenhanced workflows
