Design intuitive UI/UX interfaces and flows for transactional web and mobile applications to simplify complex pension system processes. Conduct usability research and coordinate with agile squads to ensure regulatory compliance and technical viability.
Responsibilities
- Design UI and UX flows in Figma, creating wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups and visual components for web and mobile
- Maintain and apply the Design System to ensure visual consistency and component reuse across new flows
- Map Customer Journeys and diagram step‑by‑step user flows to identify friction points and optimization opportunities
- Conduct usability testing and research with real users to validate understanding of pension changes before development
- Accelerate deliverables using ChatGPT and Claude to structure microcopy, summarize research insights and explore flow variants
- Coordinate with agile squads and business stakeholders to refine regulatory requirements and ensure technical feasibility of designs
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer
- Experience designing digital flows for mobile apps and transactional websites
- Background in banking, pension funds, insurance, fintech, health or highly regulated sectors
- Proficient and independent use of Figma and active use of Design Systems
- Experience with customer journey mapping, wireframing and basic usability testing
- Practical use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for microcopy and design iteration
- Optional: Knowledge of Chilean pension regulations or prior experience with AFP Capital
- Optional: Experience with analytics or advanced prototyping tools
