The Principal Design Manager will lead project teams and manage client relationships to ensure high-quality, profitable delivery of complex engineering projects. They are responsible for overseeing design procedures, sub-consultant contracts, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold a BEng in an engineering discipline and possess Chartered Engineer or Chartered Project Professional status with over 10 years of experience. Proficiency in project management tools, contract law, and design programming is essential, alongside strong leadership and communication skills.
