You will own the end-to-end post-purchase experience, including order pages and dispute flows, while collaborating with product and tech teams to drive design decisions. You will also conduct A/B testing and analyze data to improve conversion, buyer satisfaction, and safety across the platform.

Requirements
- Proven endâtoâend product design experience in B2C or marketplace environments
- Strong UI and interaction design skills
- Proficiency in Figma
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian
