Product Designer F/H

The Product Designer will participate in the discovery and delivery phases of SaaS features, collaborating with cross-functional squads to create intuitive user interfaces. They will also measure feature success through user feedback and data while contributing to the evolution of design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities, define user needs and help prioritise product backlog
• Design intuitive UI components and flows in collaboration with product and tech leads
• Monitor feature performance post‑launch and iterate based on data and user feedback
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to communicate the impact of new features
• Evolve design patterns and contribute to the design system
• Mentor and challenge fellow designers, fostering a strong design culture

Requirements

• 3‑5 years experience designing SaaS products
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Excellent communication and feedback skills
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of initiatives
• Understanding of technical constraints in front‑end development
• Empathy and a collaborative mindset
