Visual Designer

You will design and develop digital and print reporting solutions, including websites and annual reports, while translating complex data into understandable visual stories. You will collaborate with strategists and content creators to ensure high-quality design output that aligns with client branding.

Responsibilities

• Design digital year‑ and sustainability reports in Figma
• Create print‑ready PDF versions using InDesign
• Convert complex information into clear visual narratives for diverse stakeholders
• Apply latest design and web trends while respecting client brand guidelines
• Collaborate with strategists, content creators and art directors on reporting projects
• Maintain consistency across digital and print deliverables
• Support the team during peak times and contribute to overall project delivery

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in visual/editorial design, preferably with reporting or data visualization
• Strong skills in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience translating complex data into understandable visual stories
• Attention to detail, typography and layout
• Proactive attitude and willingness to support the team during peak periods
• Knowledge of After Effects, Webflow, WordPress, Jitter and front‑end design is a plus
• Familiarity with motion design for micro‑animations is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English at a professional level
