The Head of Design leads a multi-disciplinary team to develop compliant and commercially viable decarbonisation solutions for large-scale commercial and public sector buildings. They provide technical and strategic leadership while overseeing the entire project lifecycle from concept design to post-occupancy evaluation.

Requirements
- Candidates must have extensive experience in MEP design and a proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams within a consultancy or design-and-build environment. A degree in engineering and chartered status (CEng) are strongly preferred, alongside deep expertise in net zero policies and energy modelling.
