Graphic Designer

You will translate creative briefs into visual assets including banners, social media content, and article visuals. Additionally, you will maintain the brand's visual identity and create presentations for commercial and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative briefs into visuals: ad banners, social media content, article illustrations and other projects
• Maintain and strengthen BasketNews visual identity and set direction for new initiatives
• Create compelling presentations for commercial and marketing teams
• Monitor top global media channels for ideas and adapt them to BasketNews
• Collaborate with marketing, editorial, video, social and commerce teams
• Produce static graphics and, when needed, simple animations

Requirements

• At least 2 years of design experience with a strong portfolio
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and/or Figma
• Understanding of platform‑specific visual requirements and how to capture attention
• Ability to create simple animations (strong plus)
• Experience using AI tools in the design workflow
• Basic basketball knowledge and audience insight
• Comfortable working fast, handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
