Product Designer F/H

You will participate in the discovery of user needs and prioritize product opportunities within a product squad. Additionally, you will design intuitive user interfaces and measure the success of features post-delivery using user feedback and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery work: define needs, prioritize topics and identify opportunities
• Design intuitive and useful user interfaces in collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Oversee delivery phase with developers to ensure design quality
• Monitor post‑launch performance, measure success and iterate based on data and feedback
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to communicate feature impact
• Evolve design patterns and contribute to the design system
• Participate in design team activities, mentor peers and challenge ideas

Requirements

• 3‑5 years of experience designing SaaS products
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Excellent communication and feedback skills
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of topics
• Understanding of technical constraints in design work
• Empathy, kindness and collaborative mindset
