UI Designer (with Figma)

The UI Designer will review and maintain Figma files to ensure consistency with global design systems and brand guidelines. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and adapt interactive digital materials for various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Review files from global agencies for compliance with Figma Design System standards
- Create interactive display presentations for pharma, emailings, and landing pages using existing design system components
- Improve file quality and structure for adaptation and localization
- Adapt and create Figma components based on Design System requirements
- Recreate assets from various software types into Figma for implementation in Veeva, ShamanGo, and Drupal
- Connect design libraries to received files and verify layout consistency
- Collaborate continuously with developers, content publishing team, client service team, and external agencies
Requirements
- 2‑3 years of design experience with landing pages, websites, and digital materials
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and auto‑layout
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Adobe XD)
- Experience creating interactive PDFs in Acrobat
- Ability to estimate project timelines accurately
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
