Product Designer (6/12 months Fixed Term Contract)

Design end-to-end flows and interfaces for both customer-facing products and internal operational consoles. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to translate requirements into polished, developer-ready designs.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end flows and interfaces for customer‑facing products and the internal Canopy console
• Translate PRDs and specs into wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs
• Simplify complex operational workflows into clear, efficient interfaces
• Work within and extend the existing design system, flagging gaps as needed
• Build strong relationships with product managers, engineers, and operations teams
• Advocate design rationale to influence product decisions
• Iterate continuously to improve usability and workflow efficiency

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer
• Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product work
• Ability to own the full design process with minimal hand‑holding
• Strong interaction design and information architecture skills
• Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and variables
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
