UX / UI Designer (m/w/d)

You will design and optimize intuitive digital products by analyzing user requirements and creating interactive prototypes. Additionally, you will establish design standards and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a consistent user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design user‑oriented enhancements for digital products and define optimization potentials
- Create concepts for intuitive interaction flows and user interfaces
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers and other stakeholders
- Plan, conduct and evaluate usability tests, turning insights into concrete improvements
- Produce sketches, structure models and interactive prototypes for early validation
- Maintain and evolve design standards, guidelines and reusable design solutions
- Ensure consistent user experience across all digital applications
Requirements
- Completed degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Media Informatics, Communication Design, HCI or comparable field, or qualified apprenticeship with extensive UX/UI experience
- Proven experience in concepting and designing digital applications
- Strong proficiency with tools for interactive prototyping (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
- Deep knowledge of user research, usability, information architecture and interaction design
- Solid understanding of modern web technologies to collaborate effectively with development teams
- Excellent German language skills (minimum C1) and strong communication abilities
- Creative, organized, flexible and willing to work in a multidisciplinary environment
