Responsibilities
- Interpret product strategy and user insights to define interactions, flows and UI solutions ready for development
- Create interactive prototypes and validate hypotheses with users and stakeholders
- Participate in conceptualization and ideation, aligning solutions with user needs, business goals and roadmap
- Assist development teams during implementation, resolving doubts and ensuring correct component usage
- Gather needs from business units and incorporate them into solutions
- Create, maintain and document reusable components and modules for design system consistency
- Perform visual and functional QA, ensuring WCAG 2.1 compliance, including screen‑reader and keyboard navigation testing
Requirements
- Experience in product design / UX‑UI
- Prototyping and interface design experience
- Experience with design systems
- Ability to work with product, development and business teams
- Knowledge of digital accessibility and WCAG 2.1
- Proficiency with Figma
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
