- Collaborate with research and engineering from PRD to shipped product
- Maintain visual standards across the product and brand as the team grows
Requirements
- Portfolio of shipped products that demonstrate making complex data legible
- Strong interaction and visual design craft for dense information
- Ability to define problems early in collaboration with research
- Clear rationale for design decisions that reduce understanding cost
- Nice to have: experience with data, security, or financial tooling
- Fluency with crypto, on‑chain data, or governance
- Ability to prototype in code
