You will lead the end-to-end design process, from wireframes to high-quality UI, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product features. Additionally, you will conduct user research and leverage data-driven insights to implement solutions that improve the patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Translate user insights and business opportunities into new or improved services that positively impact patients and business goals
- Own the endâtoâend design process, from wireframes and UX design to highâfidelity UI and visual design
- Identify challenges and opportunities, then design and implement solutions
- Lead and conduct UX research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Use dataâdriven approaches, analyzing user behavior on web and app platforms
- Projectâmanage specific product initiatives from concept through requirements gathering, design, and implementation
- Provide the marketing team with assets for printed materials
- Leverage AI as a core tool in the design workflow and drive its further adoption
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer in an agile, crossâfunctional team
- Relevant university degree in design or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design for iOS, Android, and web applications
- Experience with hypothesisâdriven and dataâdriven design methods, including A/B testing and user research
- Proficiency in Figma from wireframes to pixelâperfect UI
- Ability to incorporate AI tools throughout the design process
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio
- Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English
