Requirements
- Candidates must have 10-15 years of diverse commercial design and construction experience, preferably with a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or engineering. Proficiency in project delivery methods like Design-Build or CMaR and familiarity with BIM software and municipal entitlement processes are required.
